How It Started ?

In February of 2025, two forward-thinkers Nkosana, a talented web developer and coder, and Liam, a marketing strategist with a sharp eye for tech trends teamed up with a shared purpose: to change the way small and medium-sized businesses work.

What started as casual brainstorming sessions between friends quickly turned into something bigger. Nkosana brought deep technical knowledge, honed through years of building scalable digital platforms, while Liam came armed with experience in web strategy, automation tools, and an intuitive grasp of what businesses actually need to grow online.

Both of them had noticed a pattern countless business owners were drowning in repetitive, manual tasks that drained time and energy. Most didn’t have the budgets for large-scale software or teams of specialists. That’s when it clicked: what if they could bring affordable automation to everyday entrepreneurs  without the complexity or high cost?

Driven by this mission, they formed Workforce AI  a lean, ambitious agency built on the belief that automation shouldn’t be a luxury. Their first step? Educating themselves on the latest AI tools and automation platforms, building prototypes, and running small pilots with trusted local businesses. Within weeks, they saw real transformation: more sales, fewer missed appointments, faster response times all without hiring extra staff.

But what really set them apart was their approach: not just dropping tools into businesses and walking away, but crafting tailored solutions with empathy, simplicity, and impact. They knew the tech. But more importantly, they knew the pain points of growing a business.

Fast-forward a few months, and Workforce AI is steadily growing helping companies turn chaotic operations into seamless systems. From cold calling agents and automated admin tools, to smart lead gen and data-driven decision-making the duo and their growing team are on a mission to reimagine productivity for the modern business owner.

This is just the beginning. Nkosana and Liam still believe in the same idea that started it all: with the right tools, any business no matter the size  can run smarter, faster, and with more freedom.
